Boxing at Starks Sports Training is a high-intensity, technique-focused program that combines striking skills with full-body conditioning to deliver real athletic results. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or an experienced fighter refining your edge, this engaging and results-driven program will challenge your body and sharpen your mind.
How It Works
Sessions run 45–60 minutes and include shadowboxing, pad work, bag drills, footwork, conditioning circuits, and defensive movement. Our expert coaches provide real-time feedback on form, timing, and technique to help you improve with every session. You’ll build strength, endurance, coordination, and mental toughness—all while getting a serious sweat in a fun, empowering environment. All skill levels are welcome, and sessions can be scaled to match your fitness and experience.
In addition to group sessions, Boxing Personal Training is also available for those who want one-on-one coaching tailored to their goals.
