Our Adult Fitness program is for anyone interested in make a change in their health and fitness. Our adult programs combine a mix of fundamental strength, conditioning and mobility modalities. Everyone is trained like an athlete so that they are able to confidently look, move and feel like an athlete. Whether your goal is to gain strength and build lean muscle mass or to lose weight so that you are able to lead a healthier lifestyle, Starks Sports Training is here for you!

How It Works

Each adult class runs 55 minutes and includes strength training, cardio intervals, and functional exercises like sled pushes, kettlebell swings, and core finishers. Every workout is led by certified coaches who ensure proper form and effective progressions, all using premium equipment in a motivating environment. Workouts are scalable to your fitness level, so you'll always be challenged, but never overwhelmed.
