Youth Athlete Spring Break Camp
Grades 3-6
This camp focuses on developing fundamental athletic skills for young athletes. Participants will practice speed and agility drills, basic strength and conditioning, coordination exercises, and movement mechanics appropriate for their age. Sessions are designed to be engaging while teaching proper technique and building overall athletic ability.
Key Focus Areas:
- Sprint mechanics and acceleration
- Agility, balance, and coordination
- Introductory strength and body control
- Sport-ready movement skills
- Fun, age-appropriate drills
Athletes will leave the week faster, more explosive, and more confident — with skills they can carry into any sport.

Speed Lab Spring Break Camp
Grades 7 - 12
This camp is designed for athletes who want to improve their speed, acceleration, and overall athletic performance. Participants will engage in structured drills that teach proper sprint mechanics, reaction time, and explosiveness. Training also includes agility, change-of-direction exercises, and sport-specific movement patterns to help athletes move faster and more efficiently.

- Sprint mechanics and acceleration technique
- Explosive starts and reaction drills
- Agility and change-of-direction skills
- Sport-specific movement patterns
- Measurable performance tracking*
*Athletes will be tested in a Flying 10 sprint to capture true maximum MPH and see how they rank nationally on the Universal Speed Rating platform.

Advanced Athlete Spring Break Camp
Grades 7 - 12
This camp is designed for athletes with prior training experience who want to improve performance in speed, power, and sport-specific movement. The program includes advanced sprinting and acceleration drills, strength and conditioning exercises, agility and lateral movement work, and recovery and mobility techniques. Athletes are coached on proper technique and measurable progress throughout the week.
Key Focus Areas:
- Advanced sprint mechanics and speed development
- Strength and explosive power
- Agility, change-of-direction, and lateral quickness
- Recovery, flexibility, and mobility
- Performance tracking and skill assessment
Athletes will be coached with intent, pushed with purpose, and held to a high standard — just like in-season preparation.
