BIO:
Coach Sam Poole was born in Enterprise, Alabama, and raised throughout the South in a military family. Athletics became a grounding force for him early on, ultimately leading to standout high school careers in both basketball and football. His dedication earned him a full Division I scholarship to Southeast Missouri State University, where he played four years as a strong safety and outside linebacker.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Sports and Health Science, equipping him with a deep understanding of training science, biomechanics, and long-term athletic development. After completing his education, he began his coaching career at D1 Sports Training in Tampa, working his way from intern to coach. Over the past decade, he has coached thousands of sessions, trained athletes at every level, owned and worked in multiple gyms, and built a reputation for delivering high-quality, intentional programming.
Coach Sam’s philosophy centers on training for longevity. He focuses on building resilient athletes and adults through functional strength, smart conditioning, and disciplined coaching. Whether he’s helping a client return from injury, preparing a fighter for competition, or guiding someone through a weight loss journey, his goal remains constant: unlock a stronger, healthier version of every individual he trains.
