BIO:
Coach Brendan grew up in a small town in Illinois, where competing in four sports shaped his discipline, work ethic, and passion for athletic development. Over the past 12 years, he has coached both athletes and everyday adults, helping hundreds reach new levels of strength and performance—whether that means achieving a personal best, returning from injury, or enjoying their favorite sport longer.
His coaching experience spans a wide range of ages and abilities, from youth athletes to seniors, and includes training more than 50 professional athletes across baseball, golf, football, and other sports. Coach Brendan believes everyone can benefit from training like an athlete, regardless of age or background. His approach emphasizes functional strength, mobility, injury prevention, and building confidence both on and off the field.
As a proud United States Air Force Veteran, he brings leadership, structure, and a service-driven mindset into every training environment.
